About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services Team as a Team Leader and contribute to achieving the Council's vision of Starting Well, Living Well, and Ageing Well in Tameside.
">You will be responsible for leading the Customer Services Team in delivering a high-quality service to residents of Tameside, providing advice and information on a range of enquiries, including housing benefit and council tax.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and providing excellent customer service, as well as a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Lead the Customer Services Team in delivering a high-quality service to residents of Tameside">

- Supervise team members and provide guidance and support where needed">

- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes">

Salary:
">The salary for this role is estimated to be between £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, based on SCP 17-22.
">Working Hours:
">The working hours for this role are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
">Location:
">The base location for this role is Tameside One, Ashton-under-Lyne.
