As a Customer Service Delivery Expert at Iceland, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued customers. You will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping on time.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering shopping to customers' doors, interacting with them in a professional manner, and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering shopping to customers' doors in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a current driving licence (held for at least 3 years) and a strong track record of customer service. Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm, so you must be flexible and able to work varied hours.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus many other benefits. As a Customer Service Delivery Expert, you will be supported and trained in all aspects of the operation, ensuring that you reach excellence in your role. Additional Information:
