As a Sales Negotiation Specialist at Remarkable Jobs, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.

You will identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively.

You will also need to manage your time effectively to ensure that you maximise appointment and activity levels.

Additionally, you will be required to attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.

In return, you can expect to receive uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£45,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months.

You will also receive annual award trips and prizes, as well as continuous exciting career and personal development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales and customer service experience, be target driven and tenacious, and be able to work effectively within a team.

They will also be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, display high standards of service and presentation, and have good organisational skills.

Furthermore, they will need to have a drive to be the top of every league table, be a vehicle owner with a full driving license, and be insured for business use.

Finally, they will need to have the legal right to work in the UK.
