Financial Adviser Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Shadow experienced financial advisers to gain a deep understanding of the role
- Work closely with the administration team to support policy information gathering
- Contribute to projects such as Mifid annual reviews, client campaigns, and portfolio rebalances
- Assist in writing reports, including annual review letters and client suitability reports
- Provide general administrative support
- Engage with clients, conducting reviews and building relationships
- Identify and convert opportunities into business
- Currently studying for exams towards becoming an IFA or fully qualified
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a paraplanner or advisor support role
- Degree holder with strong Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Hold a driving license and be a team player
- Experience with back-office systems, such as X-Plan or similar, FE Analytics, Cashcalc, and provider platforms
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and IHT planning
- Relevant examinations and sales experience
- Study support towards relevant industry exams
