About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Water Engineering team in Belfast, Dublin, or Cork. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for water utility projects, including wastewater and potable water schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering designs and solutions for water utility projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our water and other discipline teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing and proposed electrical infrastructure.
  • Produce technical reports, designs, and specifications, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer Status (or approaching chartered status) with a relevant professional institution, such as IET.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on water utility projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including design, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
