About the Role

Cibsejournal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage our electrical engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a quality service to our clients and assisting in the development and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake electrical design and consultancy work, including systems design, production, specifications, and schedules.
  • Liaise with internal and external design team members and represent the company at meetings.
  • Adopt a responsible attitude to project management and train subordinate staff.
  • Maintain all Quality System procedures.
  • Perform personal management duties, including recording person-hour commitments and reporting project fee input.
  • Manage projects, including organizing trainee staff and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Comply with security procedures and commercial confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Preferably BEng (Hons) Degree in Building Services/Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years' experience within a building services consultancy
  • Chartered or willingness to work towards
  • Competent in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit
  • Ambitious self-motivated individual with good team ethic, looking to excel and aspire
  • Ability to think in a methodical way to design, plan and organize projects
  • Good communication skills within a team environment
