Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assisting with medication and other healthcare needs
- Supporting clients with their daily routines, including meal times and housework
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and providing emotional support and companionship
