Retail Human Resources plc is looking for an experienced IT Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As an IT Process Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our business systems.

About the Role:

The IT Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in our business systems and developing strategies to implement changes. This includes analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve business systems
  3. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  4. Document and track improvements to business systems
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements
