Job Title: Children's Social Worker - Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our team in Herefordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of care-experienced children and young people, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Case Management: Managing a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and stability.
  • Safeguarding: Ensuring that all statutory responsibilities are met, with a focus on child protection and improving the quality of life for children in care.
  • Professional Development: Engaging in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your practice and support your career growth.

Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Social Work and is registered with Social Work England.
  • Has experience working with children and families, particularly in care settings.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Access to own car.
