The Role
As an Optometrist with us, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care, working alongside a talented team of clinicians and support staff. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing personalized eye care services, using your expertise to identify and address patients' specific needs.
  2. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient experience, improve clinical outcomes, and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
We're looking for a dedicated professional who shares our passion for delivering outstanding patient care, while contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and external partners.

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
