Clinical Theatre Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Theatre Support professional to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK's Woodland Hospital in Kettering.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team to deliver exceptional standards of clinical care to our surgical patients.
You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience by working in a variety of surgical specialties and contribute to the development of our theatre team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional standards of clinical care to our surgical patients
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Current medical and/or surgical experience within a hospital environment
- Current registration with the HCPC or NMC (UK) and ongoing CDP
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards in a surgical environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent customer care skill
- A good standard of computer literacy
- The ability to work within a team
- The ability to time-manage
- Flexible during periods of low activity and work extra hours where required

- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
