Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Planner to join our team at Elida Beauty, a leading FMCG company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our innovation planning process, ensuring the delivery of projects that meet our commercial strategy and vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in innovation planning, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, procurement, and customer development, to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovation plans that align with our commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, innovation planning, or project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
