Job Title: Hybrid Block Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Block Manager/Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Hybrid Block Manager, you will be responsible for the management of our extensive property portfolio, working closely with clients, leaseholders, and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

About the Role:
  • Manage and administer residential and commercial leases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, preparing budgets and overseeing general office administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leaseholders, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of Section 20 Notices and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in block property management, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial leases.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and considered in challenging situations.
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification desirable, but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership required.
