Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of one leasehold scheme, ensuring all buildings are in good order, and managing the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good condition and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Client Communication: Attend client meetings, including AGMs and Directors meetings, to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Project Management: Manage the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget, yearend accounts, and quarterly client statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Ensure insurance claims are processed efficiently and correctly, and implement Health & Safety regulations on all sites.
  • Communication and Reporting: Circulate information to residents concerning management issues, and review and agree all circular and client correspondence, including newsletters.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in block property management, with a good knowledge of budgets and experience of serving Section 20 notices.
  • Qualifications: AIRPM qualified (although not essential).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
