Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to lead our engineering team and drive the success of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural designs and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of structural engineers and designers to deliver high-quality designs and projects
  • Develop and implement structural design strategies to meet client needs and project requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team's expertise is current
Requirements
  • BEng/MEng/BSc or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Proven experience in structural design and analysis, preferably with a focus on building structures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Chartered or aspiring to chartership with the ICE or ISTructE
