Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced structural engineer to lead our engineering team and take on a leadership role in our Exeter office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions and leading a team of engineers.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of structural engineers and design staff
  • Deliver detailed design of building structures, including new build and refurbishment projects
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor junior members of staff and contribute to their professional development
  • Run and deliver projects, increasing in size and complexity as you gain experience
  • Be actively involved in recruitment and growth of the team
  • Help implement new software and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development
