About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, including acute and primary care, long-term conditions management, and health promotion activities.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patients receive seamless and comprehensive care. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
About YouWe are looking for a qualified and experienced nurse who has a strong foundation in nursing practice and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have a minimum of two years' experience at Band 5 and a Post Graduate Qualification or equivalent experience. Your ability to manage complex and challenging behavior will be essential in this role.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate robust expert clinical skills and a sound understanding of evidence-based nursing practice.
What We OfferThe Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £45,739 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
