About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our team as an Internal Sales and Account Manager. Based in Bedford, you will work with a market leader in non-mechanical construction products, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every chance
  2. Handle customer enquiries, orders, and provide accurate information
  3. Ensure accuracy of paperwork and adherence to procedures for hire and sales contracts
  4. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure equipment availability
  5. Coordinate Drivers for efficient equipment delivery and collection
  6. Meet deadlines for reporting information
  7. Work within the company's Health & Safety Policy
  8. Hold a full Driving Licence

Requirements

You must be well-presented, have excellent customer service skills, and a professional manner. Experience in the construction sector is not essential, but strong communication skills are necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including Private Health Care and career development opportunities.
