About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Child Development Expert to join our IT support team. As a key member of our paediatric therapy department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to families, healthcare professionals, and educators, helping them to understand and support the needs of children with complex developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
* Develop and implement tailored intervention plans, working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Provide training and education to professionals and families, enhancing their knowledge and skills in supporting children with developmental delays.
* Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions, contributing to research and development activities within the department.

Requirements:
* Doctoral degree in Child Development or related field, with significant experience in assessment and intervention.
* Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective intervention plans, with a focus on child-centered approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with families and professionals.

* Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
