">This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled and experienced clinician to work as part of a front door team in a busy CAMHS service
">Key Tasks:
">- Conduct mental health assessments and risk assessments for referrals to CAMHS
">- Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of young people and children
">- Support colleagues with duty tasks and clear triage backlogs
">Essential Requirements:
">- Substantive experience working in CAMHS or a similar environment
">- Strong clinical skills in assessing and managing mental health issues in children and young people
">- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
">Salary:
">The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
