Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CAMHS therapist to join our team at Tezlom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting mental health assessments, developing risk management plans, and providing support to vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying key risks and developing effective management plans.
  • To work closely with colleagues to clear the triage backlog and support with duty tasks.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of our services.
Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Substantial experience working in a CAMHS front door service, conducting mental health assessments, and developing risk management plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
