Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a background in building surveying, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of property development principles.

Key Skills:
  • Experience working in building surveying, preferably with a national property consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of property development principles, including planning, design, and construction.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in building surveying, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects. They will also be passionate about contributing to our team's success and helping us achieve our goals.
