About the Role:

As a SEMH Educator, you will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and community partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  2. Assess and address student needs through observation, assessment, and data analysis
  3. Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive and engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEMH education

We offer a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career advancement and growth within the organization.
