About this role:

The Operations Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services across multiple sites. This includes managing a portfolio of sites, overseeing unit managers, and driving a culture of excellence throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of sites to ensure delivery of service and operation in line with G&G standards and client expectations.
  2. Oversee unit managers, identifying, motivating, training, developing, and directing them to deliver exceptional results.
  3. Drive a culture of excellence, with a passion for quality food preparation and taste.
  4. Support each site with day-to-day management, ensuring all client expectations are surpassed.
  5. Oversee GP, Labour, Controllable Costs, and Compliance for all sites, implementing strategies to control costs.
  6. Ensure the highest level of H&S is adhered to, coaching and controlling compliance across the units.
  7. Build consistency of the offer and service across the estate, reviewing standards and processes.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement, looking for new ideas in technology, food, service, and people.
