Care Services Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate team leader to support individuals with complex care needs in Lincoln.

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults and children with Learning Disabilities and Autism, Spinal Injuries, Physical disabilities, brain injuries, mental health conditions and children's services. They will be responsible for managing daily tasks, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, and providing exceptional care that promotes empowerment and independence.

As a team leader, you will work closely with our dedicated care teams to provide tailored care plans, develop strong relationships with clients and their families, and contribute to our company's mission to deliver outstanding care that makes a real difference to people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team. They will also have experience supporting individuals with Personality disorder, Autism, and Anorexia Nervosa, and be willing to undergo additional training and development as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Team leader experience within the healthcare sector
  • Experience supporting individuals with Personality disorder, Autism, and Anorexia Nervosa
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
