About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our Business Services Team at GTD Healthcare. This exciting opportunity will see you provide financial support and information to the team, as well as budget holders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Record all invoices on our computerised accounts ledger and submit for authorisation, ensuring prompt payment is enabled.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is attached before payment processing, including purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and respond to queries regarding financial issues.
  • Liaise with budget holders to address financial concerns and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Support external and internal audit processes, assist with Credit Control Procedures, and contribute to Accounts Receivable process.
  • Assist with Year End/Month End procedures and annual statutory audit.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work efficiently and effectively to achieve our finance objectives.

Requirements:

  • AAT Intermediate Level or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Sage 200 or equivalent computerised general ledger system.
  • Experience of Purchase Ledger Reconciliation and Control.

Salary: £28,000 per annum (est.). Flexible working options available, including home or remote working.
