We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Growth Leader to join our team as a F45 Studio Manager in the UK.

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. With over 1,750 studios across 45 countries and more than half a million members worldwide, F45 is the fastest-growing fitness franchise globally.

Job Details

This role offers a competitive salary range of £32,000-£35,000 per annum, plus incentives and commissions. You will work 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours of coaching. You will also receive 28 days of paid leave per annum, including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

As a F45 Studio Manager - Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, meeting performance metrics, collaborating with the Sales Director, engaging the local community, and managing Mindbody and Loyalsnap. You will also oversee daily operations, manage studio expenses and payroll budgets, coordinate vendors and suppliers, maintain cleanliness and appearance, and ensure serviceability of training equipment.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by setting high standards for your team.
  • Executing community calendar promotions and events.
  • Developing and executing F45 8/6 week Challenge plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 PT Qualification.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales leadership experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
  • 3+ years of management experience, including staff management from hiring to terminating.
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and written skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive work environment.
