About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Colleague to join our team in Maidenhead. As a Store Colleague, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and engaging customer experience, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers to drive sales and meet sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about craft and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
