Job Summary

Warburtons is seeking a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our team at our Widnes Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Participate in quality control and health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
