Executive Sales Director

BeBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the UK. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in managing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, healthcare benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
