Job Summary
As a Sales Growth Executive at beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and staying up-to-date with industry trends in Bangor, UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Billing Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, creating value-added propositions to meet their needs.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contract Renewal: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and maintain strong relationships.
- Industry Updates: Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
