Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dignity and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at The Heathers in Armagh. As a Dignity and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dignity and wellbeing of our service users, particularly on night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver activities that promote dignity and wellbeing among service users
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Monitor and report any changes in service user needs or concerns
Requirements:
- Qualifications in healthcare or social care (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedicated and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
