Job Title: Despatch Admin Weekends only

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Despatch Admin Weekends only at 2 Sisters Food Group.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile all paperwork, including inter-company documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify delivery notes and load plans are complete and signed, and acquire necessary paperwork for claims recovery.
  • Process and administer orders in accordance with legislative requirements, including export documentation and shipping arrangements.
  • Check shipping invoices and update systems accordingly.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and issues related to despatch of goods.
  • Ensure finished goods are despatched with the correct paperwork to meet legislative requirements.
  • Take responsibility for administrative tasks related to despatch processes.
  • Maintain and improve systems and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in export administration or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent administration skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
  • A strong understanding of transport, export, and logistics compliance would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with NAVISION/FOPS systems would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or freight environment would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach are required, with the ability to work directly with warehousing and manufacturing departments.
