Special Educational Needs Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
About the Role:The successful candidate will provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This will involve working closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, both one-to-one and in whole-class settings.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Support students with varying disabilities and behavioral needs.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant qualifications or experience working in a classroom setting. SEN experience is desirable, but not essential. You should have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs and contributing to their academic and social growth.
What We Offer:Our school provides a supportive and inclusive environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer a competitive daily rate of £90-£100, depending on experience.
