Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

You will work closely with the local police and crime hubs to gather intelligence on prolific shoplifters in the area and target top incident/shrink locations. Your primary goal will be to reduce shrink/stock loss and complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

As a Security Officer, you will be part of a team that works together to fulfill customer requirements and deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
  • Working closely with the local police and crime hubs
  • Targeting top incident/shrink locations
  • Reducing shrink/stock loss
  • Completing reports
  • Working as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Store Detective preferred
  • A valid SG or DS SIA Licence
  • Own Transport
  • Ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner
  • Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE
  • Full five-year checkable employment history
