Job Description:

We seek a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee site management and procurement activities for our current projects. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong experience in quantity surveying, preferably on large-scale projects
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Qualifications in a related field (e.g., HNC or higher)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to monitor project status and address concerns
  • Organize pre-start meetings with subcontractors to discuss project specifics and expectations
  • Distribute tender documents to qualified subcontractors, evaluate their responses, and negotiate contract terms
  • Value completed work, identify areas for cost optimization, and regularly update CVRs for accurate financial reporting

Estimated Salary: £75k - £80k + competitive benefits package
