Language and Literacy Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Language and Literacy Development Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language support to students, working closely with the SEN department and Speech and Language Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students' language development and communication skills
  • Develop and implement engaging language-focused activities to promote student progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of language support

Requirements

  • Fully qualified linguistics graduate from a Top 20 UK university
  • Desirable experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,200 per annum (based on a full-time contract). The salary will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
