Home Support Specialist

We are seeking two individuals to provide support to me in my daily life. As a Care Companion, you will assist with various tasks such as medication management, personal care, and household chores. It is essential that you are flexible, patient, and empathetic, with a good sense of humour. You will also need to be able to drive and have use of your own vehicle (although this is not essential).
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support with medications and personal care
- Assisting with household chores and maintaining a clean and tidy home
- Accompanying me on outings and activities
- Communicating effectively with me and other professionals involved in my care
