Job Overview

The Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC) Team at Frontier Consulting provides expert independent assessment and support to families in care proceedings where drugs and/or alcohol are a significant issue. This unique safeguarding role offers an opportunity to work with a broad range of professionals and organizations, including being part of the growing national network of FDACs.

You will be working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure effective collaboration and contributing to the development of an emotionally safe space for parents to address their difficulties, achieve abstinence, and become able to focus on their child and address concerns about their parenting.

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding drug and alcohol addiction and be passionate about supporting families to overcome these challenges.
