Requirements
  • Music Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the music industry, programming music for TV, radio, or other media networks, with a focus on connecting and serving audiences with artists, creators, and music.
  • Music and Culture Knowledge: Deep knowledge of music and culture, with a focus on pop and pop culture in the UK and Ireland, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
  • Data Analysis: Numerate and adept at analyzing and interpreting data, using it to set goals and inform business decisions.
  • Music Expertise: Deep understanding of music from across all genres and styles, with a keen sense of what makes music appropriate for different situations, and the ability to identify great songs to fit different programming opportunities.
  • Emerging Artist Discovery: Proven track record of discovering emerging artists, songs, and trends ahead of the mainstream, showcasing your expertise in music discovery.
  • Spotify Expertise: Strong understanding of and experience with Spotify as a user and fan, ensuring you can speak to our audience and create content that resonates with them.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Good level of written and spoken English, with strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Great teammate, adaptable to change, with a positive attitude and attention to detail, ensuring you can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
