Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Rectory Court, a stunning residential home located in a picturesque area. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring the home remains safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the home remains in good condition
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
