Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Asset and Systems Coordinator to join our team at Vis-A-Vis Video Ltd. As an integral part of our production operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our inventory and systems.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of video equipment, accessories, and consumables.
  • Perform regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory levels are optimised.

Systems Coordination:

  • Manage and update inventory and asset management software.
  • Develop and refine workflows for tracking equipment usage, repairs, and replacements.

Logistics and Operations:

  • Coordinate the distribution and return of equipment for shoots.
  • Track and document repairs or service needs, liaising with suppliers and service providers.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in stock and systems management and propose solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and asset handling.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with video production equipment is advantageous.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
