Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies across our properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify Deliveries: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
  2. Accurate Documentation: Verify that deliveries match purchase orders and packing slips, and accurately document all received goods in the inventory management system.
  3. Discrepancies and Damages: Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the relevant department or vendor.
  4. Maintain Records: Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including date, time, and item specifics.
  5. Paperwork Management: File and manage paperwork associated with receipts and returns.
  6. Storage and Organization: Assist in organizing and storing received items in designated areas.
  7. Inventory Checks: Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  8. Labeling and Tracking: Ensure proper labeling and tracking of all goods.
  9. Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to deliveries or discrepancies.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure timely distribution of supplies.
  11. Reporting and Addressing Inventory Needs: Work closely with the Inventory Manager to report and address inventory needs.
  12. Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in handling and storing items.
  13. Hotel Policies: Follow hotel policies and procedures for receiving and inventory management.
  14. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

 

Requirements:
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management systems.
