Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Volvo team in North West London as a General Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve their performance and customer service skills.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- More than 2 years' experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- A sound knowledge of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £69,000 per annum, plus a company car.
