Job Overview

The Learning Disability Commissioning Manager will play a critical role in commissioning services for autistic people and those with learning disabilities across the Coventry and Warwickshire system. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and oversight of commissioning and redesign projects, ensuring alignment with local objectives and priorities.

Main duties will include line management responsibility, delivering integrated commissioning intentions for children, young people, and adults, and ensuring the alignment of strategic integrated commissioning intentions and place-based activity/priorities.

Additionally, the Learning Disability Commissioning Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Coventry and Warwickshire Autism Strategy, developing integrated pathways, models of care/support, and associated commissioning arrangements, and pursuing funding opportunities to further evolve the local offer according to evidenced need.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
