Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Linguistic Consultant to join our team at TransPerfect. As a key member of our team, you will prioritize linguistic tasks for various documents and work closely with our production teams to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to TransPerfect's quality standards to meet client expectations
  • Participate in and pass all required trainings, including subject matter certification, tech tools, and Quality Assurance processes
  • Easily navigate company resources, including Confluence, Launchpad, technology, etc.
  • Perform linguistic tasks according to project specifications, including project instructions, reference materials, language assets, etc.
  • Follow internal and client processes on all projects
  • Work under close supervision of the Team Lead/a more senior member of the team
  • Achieve quality and efficiency targets as set by manager/supervisor

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Hebrew
  • Native level of English
  • Be flexible with changes of priorities and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different assignments and tasks using relevant skills and tools
  • Ability to effectively multitask and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, results-oriented, self-motivated
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and focus under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving/critical thinking skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent and/or translation certificate
  • Must have successfully passed the Internal Linguistic testing in line with TransPerfect's TLC program
  • Prior translation/proofreading/copywriting/etc. industry experience

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
