About This Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at CV-Library's Primary SEN school in High Wycombe.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with complex additional needs and be able to adapt their teaching to meet the individual needs of each student.

Job Summary

Deliver the primary curriculum across multiple subjects

Lead a team of teaching assistants and provide specialist support to students

Work closely with other staff members to ensure that all students receive the best possible support and education

Manage challenging behavior and provide meaningful feedback to parents and other staff members

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold QTS and have relevant experience working with students with complex additional needs.

You should also be confident in your ability to lead a team, provide meaningful feedback, and manage challenging behavior.

  • Confidence in leading a team and managing challenging behavior
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position available from January 2025, with a salary of £36,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience.
