Job Title: Education Health & Care Plan Quality Co-ordinator

Location: Cranborne, Dorset

Salary: £13.67 - £15.27 per hour (actual annual salary £24, £27,284.44)

Hours: 40 hours a week, Term Time Only

We are seeking an EHCP Quality Co-ordinator to join our provision, supporting students with additional social, emotional, and learning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Education Health and Care Plans, working closely with our team to provide a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of EHCPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to gather information and assess student needs
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of EHCPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective
  • Provide training and support to staff on EHCP procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and report on the quality of EHCPs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience working with EHCPs and quality assurance processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and disability legislation
