Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Specialist

Description: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking dietitian to join our learning disability and mental health team as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist. This is a Band 6 to 7 progression post with a salary between £43,041 and £69,133 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a drive to develop themselves and others to improve patient care and deliver the values of Bradford Nutrition and Dietetic Services - Leading Nutrition, Valuing People and Showing Our Worth.

This role requires a qualified dietitian with relevant clinical experience and a UK driving licence with access to a car to meet the requirement for regular travel to organisational sites across Bradford and Airedale.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of nutrition policies and menu planning
  • Hold a specialist mental health in-patient caseload
  • Develop leadership and management skills through our departmental professional development framework

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered dietitian
  • Relevant clinical dietetic experience
  • UK driving licence and access to a car

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics HCPC Registered Dietitian
  • Relevant post graduate qualification
  • Teaching qualification
