About this role

We are seeking a talented Strategic Quantity Surveyor to join our Eastern team based in Cambridge.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value construction projects and develop your expertise in contract administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing applications for payment from sub-contractors
  2. Preparing applications for payment to clients
  3. Monitoring and measuring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure
  4. Preparing final accounts
  5. Managing team workloads

What we are looking for

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager who can provide strong contractual knowledge of NEC and JCT Contract Conditions.

You will need to have the ability to assign commercial resources and provide management and mentorship to staff at various levels.

If you have relevant experience within high-value construction projects at a managing level and Tier 1 Main Contracting Experience within high-value new builds, we would love to hear from you.
